A Zero Waste Life. Hummus

Also, is it hummus or houmous?

I’ve found no definitive answer whilst surfing the net, so the jury is out. Let me know you’re preferred pronunciation…

Hummus Dip and 'Crisps'

Equipement

-Kitchen scissors or a chopping board and knife

-Air tight box

Ingredients

-1 pre made wrap (don’t worry if it’s starting to go a little stale, that's actually a good thing for this snack!)

-Hummus

Directions

1.    Chop your wrap into triangles or squares using scissors or a knife. Add these to an air tight box

2.    Take ‘crisps’ and dip to work with you

3.    Optional: If you have any raw vegetables such as carrots, cucumber or cherry tomatoes, these work very well too!
